Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still includes all associated parts and components, and the packaging is intact as it was upon delivery.
  2. Normal product usage is demonstrated; damage caused by careless use is excluded.
  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product was reported as defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged due to customer misuse.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

  2. Ensure the email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • A photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer's full name
    • Customer's address

We will contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return package to the sender address; we will provide you with the correct address after contacting us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery is complete, meaning a refund can only be processed after the goods are received.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us ([store name]) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement via a clear statement (e.g., by email). Cancellation is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the buyer's responsibility.

As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. In that case, please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To speed up the return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.If you withdraw from this agreement, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). This refund will be made without delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice and the goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

Note: We do not offer free returns, and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
